We do not require an account and we do not ask you for personal information. The keys you press while using the tester are processed entirely within your browser to light up the on-screen keyboard — this keyboard input is never transmitted to us, stored on a server, or shared with anyone. However, the third-party services described below (analytics and advertising) automatically collect standard usage data such as your device type, browser, approximate location, referring page and how you interact with the site.

Local storage on your device

The site saves two small preferences — your chosen theme (light or dark) and language — in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is used only to remember your settings between visits, and can be cleared at any time through your browser.

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and to serve advertising. Cookies are small files stored by your browser.
